Data Deletion Instructions

To delete your account and associated data, go to your personal profile, tap on Settings, then select Delete Account.

Once your account is deleted:

• Your user document in Database will be permanently removed.
• All your uploaded products will be deleted.
• All associated images will be removed and cannot be recovered.
• Some chat messages may be kept for reference by other users.

If you are unable to delete your account from the app, you can email us at ayahya868@gmail.com with your request. Please note that this process is irreversible.

كيفية حذف الحساب والبيانات

لحذف حسابك وجميع بياناتك، انتقل إلى الملف الشخصي، ثم الإعدادات، وبعدها اختر حذف الحساب.

عند حذف الحساب:

• سيتم حذف مستند المستخدم الخاص بك في قاعدة البيانات نهائيًا.
• سيتم حذف جميع المنتجات التي قمت بتحميلها.
• سيتم حذف جميع الصور المرتبطة بك بشكل دائم ولا يمكن استعادتها.
• قد نحتفظ ببعض الرسائل في الدردشة للرجوع إليها من قبل المستخدمين الآخرين.

إذا لم تتمكن من حذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق، يمكنك إرسال طلب عبر البريد الإلكتروني إلى: ayahya868@gmail.com. يرجى ملاحظة أن هذا الإجراء لا يمكن التراجع عنه.
